Free shipping applies to orders over $75.00 by selecting USPS Priority Mail Service. UPS Ground Service customers will receive this on orders over $75.00. Please note that shipping times vary, and we do our best to get your orders out the door ASAP, but once we give the package to the carrier, it's in the carrier's hands.
PLEASE NOTE: Some U.S. States require that we charge and collect Sales and/or Use Tax for residents of those particular States. For those States in which we do not charge Sales and/or Use Tax, please be advised that you the customer are responsible for reporting and paying any Sales and/or Use Tax that is due to the State in which you reside.

Canadian orders usually take between 7-9 days to be delivered on average. U.K. / England / British orders usually take between 7-9 days to reach the U.K. on average. GENERAL SHIPPING NOTES: We ship the most economical way to ensure low cost and fast delivery to our customers. FairWinds Sarongs is not responsible for lost, damaged, late, or customs related issues. Please note that in some cases we've had reports that duty, VAT, taxes and customs related issues can be very high. When you place the order with us we have no control over those customs issues so you take the risk of having a high duty charge. Special delivery instructions per customer, for packages to be left without signature or in a specific location (like patio or behind screen door, etc.) are not the responsibility of the shipper or FairWinds and will void any applicable insurance. Please advise us if you would like to add insurance to your order, by emailing our customer service department (click on the "Send Email" button). FairWinds Sarongs reserves the right to reject any order. FairWinds Sarongs is not responsible for any expenses, including, but not limited to, customs, taxes, duties, losses, thefts or damages. Some exceptions and restrictions apply to items such as oversized items, special orders, and other exceptions.

We must be notified of a return within thirty (30) business days of your receiving the item(s) in question. Merchandise must be returned in re-sellable condition.
